If Winry and the Colonel are saying that Kimblee's a bad guy... he's probably a really bad guy, even if he seems okay. From what Winry told me, he's done a lot of really messed up things.

Just push the buttons on the sides of the device to get private, filtered, video or voice options. If you try getting to someone's entry when it's private, unless it's really well protected, you can access it with a little work. It's just a matter of how strong the passwords are, I think.
