My armor is strange. It's covered with these gears and... like clockwork... they're embedded in. I can't pull them off. But everything's really jerky now, and slow.

[His words are interrupted by a long, slow hiss]

I'm sure you'll be all right as of midnight! In the meantime, your armor must be stunning. The sheer change that has taken place here -- I've never witnessed a "curse" before, at least not one that applies to myself. My gun is something clockwork and old; the holster is old leather and brass; even my glasses look like an old relic with pistons at the hinges. The look outside, though, is something I could get used to!

You and Edward must be close, for you to be acting this way around him. Only great friends are worthy of great...ah, panic?

I guess... It does have a very strong aesthetic. If that really appears to you, I can see how you'd like today. I bet Winry's shop looks really cool... and Brother's automail... I'd still rather have my armor back to normal, though... It's very ornate. I'll give it that. I've got hinges and gears everywhere.

Ah! That would explain things, though I would be impressed if he turned the entire City into this! Is he an alchemist as well?

I like the look. I suppose I enjoy things that look intricate, with lots of tiny moving parts. Like a squirrel or a magpie, I suppose -- shiny objects, and all that.

I suppose a raven is an improvement. I hear they are very intelligent creatures, though I've never encountered one myself.
