Maybe Greed thought he was being stupid, but that was really how it seemed to Al -- especially when everyone was coupled off, now, and it was automatically Ed-and-Winry against him.
Stupid Ed and Winry. He got why his Brother was ignoring him for her, because... well, sex, and don't get him started on the jealousy issues that was raising, but where did she get off telling him what he was and wasn't allowed to say to his own brother?
"I know they've got other things, and those are important too, but... They really are ignoring me. Brother especially. And I'm alone all the time." Al kicked another chair, just because. He was alone all the time -- especially overnight, when the others could sleep, and calm their feelings and reset their bodies. For him, it just all kept building.
