I guess that happens a lot around here? Miss Uta told me we get a weekend like that once a month... It wasn't as bad as some of the other curses for me I mean but I didn't like it anyway. It was really chaotic.

Hey, Brother, I was reading a lot in the guide about the deities and it says they'll make trades or swaps for things you want and -- it's Equivalent Exchange. I think this place is just like home.

Maybe -- maybe if we know that we can find a way out for you and me and Winry and the Colonel.

I mean I'm sure you thought of this and I'm sure the Colonel tried too but there has to be something we can do.

Actually, Lockon was the one who noticed the pattern. It used to happen on the first week of every month for the past 6 months.

It's only now that it occurred on the 2nd week.

There has to be a way to prove it alchemically. I mean, emotions aren't tangible things like sulfates and elements, but they have to produce some sort of energy that can be monitored...

Yeah! A lot of people thing alchemy is magic, or miracles, but it's a science like chemistry or physics. Using it, you can change any object or scrap materials into something else or completed whole, provided you're just transforming mass.
